Wargame Rules
     You've been there:  reference 3 charts to get the wind speed modifier which then is added to the column-shift that determines your die roll modifier for the to-hit roll.  Very realistic but...  Three hours later and you have completed 2 game turns and everyone is ready to go home.  

I used to think that Fast-Play meant "Stratego" or "Battleship".  I have recently attended several conventions where I played rules that were quick but really captured the "feel" of the period.  These are written by the guys running the game and I really think that they should be available for all of us to use.

Simple, affordable and realistic.  What a great combo!
